PH.D. Student: Overcoming Junction Resistances in Carbonaceous Conductors
The aim of this project is to enhance the conductivity of yarns fabricated from carbon nanotubes (CNTs). This will be achieved by combining cutting-edge atomistic simulations with advanced processing techniques. The Ph.D. student will carry out experiments on processing, characterization, and subsequent data analysis for this project.
PH.D. Student: Advanced Manufacturing of Thermoplastic Composites
U.S. Citizens only
The objective of this project is to enhance the manufacturing and assembly rates of thermoplastic composite structures. The Ph.D. student will engage in modeling, experiments, and validation related to this endeavor.
